Join our team and you'll be responsible for providing expert support in troubleshooting software issues, guiding users, and suggesting system improvements.

Working in the people department, you will ensure our systems run smoothly, empowering the entire company to operate efficiently and deliver on our mission.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everyone.

Your responsibilities:  

  • First Line Support: Serve as the initial contact for People Systems queries, adhering to SLAs.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Testing and Functionality Support: Support end-to-end testing and provide feedback on system performance.
  • Training and Documentation: Maintain and update training materials, and conduct training sessions.
  • Change Management and Project Support: Participate in change management initiatives and contribute to improvement projects.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills for clear user interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting software issues, familiar with ticketing systems, CRM, and HRIS.
  • User Support and Training: Provide empathetic support, create user guides, and conduct training sessions.
  • Process Improvement and Experience: Suggest system improvements and bring experience in 1st line support for people systems.
  • Work Environment and Independence: Work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
