As a Big Data Engineer and AI Enthusiast, you will join the Marketplace Enablement department, working in a supportive, cross-functional team to design and implement LLM-based services and data products that power our recruitment applications.
Your expertise will help us build a more inclusive, fair, and efficient recruitment experience globally, directly supporting our mission to reshape the labor market for everyone. Your Responsibilities
Build big data products and AI-powered tools that promote fair, ethical, and inclusive hiring practices.
Write clean, maintainable code and apply best practices such as automated testing and CI/CD.
Manage and optimize complex ETL processes and data orchestration workflows.
Continuously evaluate and scale our data infrastructure, while advocating for innovative and responsible technologies.
Collaborate within an international, agile, cross-functional team, fostering mutual learning and respect.
Contribute to building an inclusive team culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed and every voice is heard.
Participate in shared decision-making and contribute to a psychologically safe and supportive environment.
Your Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
Passion for using data and AI to address real-world challenges and create positive societal impact.
2+ years of professional experience in Big Data Engineering.
Proficiency in Python for building large-scale data and backend applications.
Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS (e.g., EMR, Glue, ECS with Docker, Redshift, DynamoDB, S3).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, and frameworks like FastAPI.
Experience with Apache Kafka (MSK) for real-time data ingestion is a plus.
