As a Big Data Engineer and AI Enthusiast, you will join the Marketplace Enablement department, working in a supportive, cross-functional team to design and implement LLM-based services and data products that power our recruitment applications.

Your expertise will help us build a more inclusive, fair, and efficient recruitment experience globally, directly supporting our mission to reshape the labor market for everyone. Your Responsibilities

  • Build big data products and AI-powered tools that promote fair, ethical, and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Write clean, maintainable code and apply best practices such as automated testing and CI/CD.

  • Manage and optimize complex ETL processes and data orchestration workflows.

  • Continuously evaluate and scale our data infrastructure, while advocating for innovative and responsible technologies.

  • Collaborate within an international, agile, cross-functional team, fostering mutual learning and respect.

  • Contribute to building an inclusive team culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed and every voice is heard.

  • Participate in shared decision-making and contribute to a psychologically safe and supportive environment.

 

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.

  • Passion for using data and AI to address real-world challenges and create positive societal impact.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Big Data Engineering.

  • Proficiency in Python for building large-scale data and backend applications.

  • Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS (e.g., EMR, Glue, ECS with Docker, Redshift, DynamoDB, S3).

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, and frameworks like FastAPI.

  • Experience with Apache Kafka (MSK) for real-time data ingestion is a plus.
