In the Senior IT Support Analyst role with Universum, you’ll leverage your technical and customer-facing skills to support our internal customers' IT infrastructure requirements.
You will be involved in the setup and maintenance of company-wide IT infrastructure solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity with a wide range of experience to join one of the leading companies in employer branding.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and will report to the Head of Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal customers via email and phone, primarily in Stockholm, with occasional support for other European offices.
- Manage equipment and software requirements for the Swedish office.
- Maintain and optimize the Office IT infrastructure, including systems management tools, Office365, and the physical office environment.
- 5+ years of experience as Senior IT support analyst/engineer or Helpdesk lead, with a focus on infrastructure and user support in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
- Proficiency in Cisco / Meraki switch configurations.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 and security end point protection
- Experience with Windows Server, VMware, and backup strategies.
- Familiarity with Audio/Visual systems.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions such as Intune and Jamf.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Some knowledge of Cloud technologies like Azure and AWS of advantage
