Join our team and you’ll be responsible for shaping and implementing orchestration layer for Global Platform.
Working in the Tech Platform department, you'll enhance developer experience through a scalable Orchestration Layer, learn from certified senior DevOps Engineers, and expand your AWS, Terraform, and Ansible expertise. You'll focus on extensive automation, face diverse challenges daily, and have the opportunity to shape our work methodologies.

Your responsibilities
- Incident Response & Support: Providing timely production incident support related to Microservices and Secrets Management across the entire Stepstone EMEA.
- Security & Compliance: Participating in security audits to ensure compliance and platform integrity.
- Developer Enablement: Assisting in onboarding applications onto the global platform, which requires ongoing collaboration.
- Platform Engineering & Standardization: Leading efforts in designing and delivering a standardized and cost-efficient Global Platform.
- Infrastructure Automation & Scalability:
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform and Ansible to ensure scalability.
- Implementing Scipts in Bash and Python to ensure automation.
- Managing AWS cloud infrastructure efficiently to support business needs.
Your skills and qualifications
- Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS services for scalable infrastructure management.
- CI/CD Stack: Expertise in Bamboo for managing application and microservice deployments.
- Container Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads.
- Automation & Scripting:
- Infrastructure automation with Ansible and Terraform.
- Scripting in Bash and Python for workflow automation.
- Linux Systems: In-depth understanding of Linux environments, essential for optimizing infrastructure performance.
