Your responsibilities:
- You work closely with various product stakeholders delivering data-driven recommendations and being the internal evangelist for data-driven decision making
- You analyse user behaviour through AB testing and advise product managers on next steps based on the results
- You help product managers to translate product problems to accurate measurement frameworks (KPIs) and deliver the tracking setup
- You proactively identify high-impact product opportunities based on data and advise on next steps
- You ensure insights drawn from analytics are accurate, understandable, and actionable
- You maintain strong relationships with stakeholders & manage own workload in response to their needs
Our requirements:
- You hold a degree with an analytical focus (Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Business Analysis, etc.)
- You possess at least 3-5 years relevant experience in an analytical role, ideally in a digital business or consulting
- You are data-driven, curious and passionate about numbers, while being able to explain your findings to non-technical stakeholders in a simple, crisp, and concise way – visually and verbally
- You are skilled in SQL and any other programming language is a plus (Python, R)
- You have some experience with Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe (not required, but a big plus)
- You have a good understanding of basic statistical concepts and having hands on experience with AB testing is a plus
- You can deliver your projects end to end while managing various stakeholders
- You are a proactive and hands-on team player that has an eye on the bigger picture
- Fluency in English
